(05) · How it worksEnquiry to heirloom
Calm, clear and quietly handled.
Reservations typically fill 9 to 12 months in advance. Once you’re booked, your price is locked in, even if prices change.
Check your dateBefore the wedding
Book & plan
- Send an enquiry and receive a booking form outlining the collections.
- Choose your collection and return the signed booking form.
- Pay the $330 deposit (GST included) and your date is secured.
- Meet at your venue 1 to 3 months out to finalise details and the timeline.
- The balance is due one week before the wedding.
On your day
Relax & enjoy
Katherine’s job is to bring out the best imagery while making sure you’re comfortable at all times. She’ll do whatever it takes to keep everything running smoothly.
After the wedding
Your story, delivered
- A selection of preview images the following day.
- Your full collection, edited and high-resolution, within six weeks (sooner outside peak season).
- A private online gallery to download, share, choose favourites and order prints.
- Images licensed to you for personal use; copyright remains with Captured by Katherine.
